Testimonial

"I went to Jodie's class one day at a studio called Yoga Zone (now Yoga Works) and was instantly a devotee. Jodie teaches compassion, and dispenses love through the medium of yoga postures. She is what every yoga teacher strives to be; a seamless, inspiring, teacher who knows how to perfectly construct a series of poses to maximize your energy, inner space and peace, and a beacon of light and non-judgemental love who instructs just by her very presence. And, in addition to her great spiritual qualities and superb teaching skill, no one else could have made me feel safe enough in a class to do a free-standing handstand for the first time at almost fifty years of age!Jodie has a tremendous amount of wisdom to offer for teachers and students, for novices and masters, from the experience and heart of someone who has made the journey to excellence and understanding. In your own journey, for whatever you want for yourself in your own practice, for now and the future , I know you are in safe hands here with Jodie. She is the spiritual daughter of many great teachers, and the yogic mother of many of the rest of us."
